Cancellation Policy
At Suite Svnteen, I value your time and mine. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
If you need to reschedule, notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within 30 days of the original cancellation date to retain credit toward your service. After 30 days, a new deposit will be required.
Please note, while I do not charge cancellation fees, all deposits serve as a commitment to your reserved time and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or future booking beyond the allowed window. All rescheduling must be made online.
